Frequently Asked Questions

Video Production

How large is your crew?

The size of our crew depends on the needs of the project, but our crew is usually 1 to 3 people consisting of a videographer, sound operator, and assistant.

Do you keep copies of your projects?

Yes, we keep the final deliverables stored in case you lose your copy. We also store copies of the raw footage and project files for at least 3 years.

Can you add subtitles to your videos?

Yes, we add subtitles to all video projects that require it. Subtitles can either be added by uploading a subtitle file alongside the video, or they can be burned-in to the video. Depending on the type of video and where it is being shared, we'll recommend one of the two types of subtitles.

Do you add graphics and branding?

Alongside the filming, we will create any necessary motion graphics for the video. This can include animated logos, custom lower thirds or transitions. Our approach to graphics is always focused on complementing the message of the video, rather than complicating it.
