Frequently Asked Questions
How large is your crew?
The size of our crew depends on the needs of the project, but our crew is usually 1 to 3 people consisting of a videographer, sound operator, and assistant.
Do you keep copies of your projects?
Yes, we keep the final deliverables stored in case you lose your copy. We also store copies of the raw footage and project files for at least 3 years.
Can you add subtitles to your videos?
Yes, we add subtitles to all video projects that require it. Subtitles can either be added by uploading a subtitle file alongside the video, or they can be burned-in to the video. Depending on the type of video and where it is being shared, we'll recommend one of the two types of subtitles.
Do you add graphics and branding?
Alongside the filming, we will create any necessary motion graphics for the video. This can include animated logos, custom lower thirds or transitions. Our approach to graphics is always focused on complementing the message of the video, rather than complicating it.

Yes! As part of our Full-Service Podcast Production, we provide detailed analytics regularly. This includes performance metrics and audience demographics to keep you updated on how your podcast is performing.
Do I retain all rights to my podcast?

How will listeners be able to access my podcast?
Your podcast will be available on all major podcast players, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music and many more.
How long will my podcast be hosted for?

Video Podcast Production
Is it possible to customise the video-podcast?
Yes, we work closely with our clients to create video podcasts that align with their brand image and creative vision. Through graphics and animation, we are open to customising various aspects of the video podcast to meet your needs.
What is the video resolution and audio quality?
Our video podcast production offers high-definition output, at 4k or 1080p, with audio recorded at 24-bit WAV, ensuring your brand is represented in the best possible light.
How can I use the videos?
The videos can be used in many ways to enhance your brand's digital presence. You can upload the videos directly to your YouTube channel, share them on social media platforms, or embed them on your website. The videos can be broken down into smaller clips for more flexible promotional purposes. Remember, while we care for the production, you retain all video rights and can use them however you see fit.
Do I still get an audio-only version?
