Unlocking Leadership

Corndel weren't happy with their existing podcast production company. They wanted a production company that could take ownership of the podcast from start to finish. That's where we came in.

We migrated Unlocking Leadership to our podcast host so we could manage the podcast, schedule and release episodes, and track analytics.

We then began production on Season 6, working closely with Clare Carpenter, the host, to record new episodes remotely.

In preparation for the launch of Season 6, we redesigned the podcast artwork to better align it with the Corndel brand incorporating brand colours and fonts.

In addition to redesigning the artwork, we also designed a series of audiograms to release as promotional content for each episode to drive online engagement and listenership.
